Water operation and maintenance fee.  RWTR as listed on utility bill.
$13.00 Minimum charge for the first 1000 gallons
$5.00 per 1000 (after the first 1000)

Sewer operation and maintenance fee.  SWR as listed on utility bill. (based on water usage)
$13.00 Minimum charge for the first 1000 gallons
$5.00 per 1000 (after the first 1000)

Sewer Construction Fee. SCON as listed on utility bill. (based on water usage)
(Fee to pay off Debt for Wastewater pond built in ‘04-‘05)
$8.00 Minimum charge for the first 1000 gallons
$3.00 per 1000 (after the first 1000)

Water Infrastructure Fee.  WIR as listed on utility bill.
$2.25 Flat fee

State of MN Connection fee.  TEST as listed on utility bill.
$.53 Flat fee

Garbage Fees.  GARB & RTAX as listed on utility bill.
35 Gallon Container $10.25 + $1.00 tax = $11.25
65 Gallon Container $13.25 + $1.29 tax = $14.54
95 Gallon Container $16.25 + $1.58 tax = $17.83
Bags $5.25 Monthly Drive by Fee Plus $4.00 per yellow bag
Bags must be purchased at City Hall
